Bread in the pan sprinkle with Qia

Bread in the pan is an easy- peasy way of making bread for beginners.





Dough:

2 cups all purposes flour

4 tbl oil

1/2 tbl salt

1/2 tbl sugar

For proof: 

1 tbl yeast

1/2 tsp sugar

1/2 tsp salt

warm water

Add all the ingredients together for proofing and let it stay for 10 mins. when you see bubbles it is ready to add your proofing into your flour mixture. Use a wooden spoon to stir. Form a ball and knead for about 10 mins.....then rest to proof for 1 1/2 to 2 hrs.

After resting and proofing time form your bread into different shapes...like rolls, banquette or bread





Let it proof a second time for an hour and brush your bread with milk and sprinkle it with cheese, quia or nuts....or leave it plain....

Chicken-Beans cake with Baby BoK Choy and Garlic-Almond Sauce


Finally, I am back on my blog and sharing more recipe with you. I was quite busy. My younger son is in Germany to attending Elementary School in brushing up his German. Organizing and planning took so much time away from not blogging


Chicken- Beans cake with Baby BoK Choy is a creation which is not from a cookbook. The combination with the garlic-almond sauce on top of the bok choy vegetables and the tiniest of pepperiness is a firework on your tongue.




What is bok choy?

It means in Chinese "soup spoon" which relates to the form of its leaves. 

It is a vegetable which mainly is import from China. Bok choy is rich on vitamin C, A, B6 and K, low on calories about 13, potassium plays a very important role it supports the muscle and nerves function. In other words this vegetables will boost your health indeed.

Chicken-Beans cake:

Buy ground chicken and add it in your food processor with your white beans. 1 egg, salt, pepper, red pepper, herbs ..of your you can spice it up with your favored herbs or spices....flour 2-4 tbsp ...hot sauce 1/2 tsp...A1 Sauce....

mix everything well and then form them to a ball...fry them in a frying pan.

BOK CHOY|:

Blanch it about 3 to 4 minutes....then take it out and lay it in ice water just 30 sec. dry it off and transfer it to your garlic-almond oil pan and carefully fry it for about 3 mins.

Pour the garlic and almond over the bok choy....

The sauce for the chicken:

If you use beans with tomato sauce..use this for your base add pepper, hot sauce, A1, Worcestershire, 1 tbl. mayonnaise and your favored spices...mix everything together and let it warm up slowly.
