Tart Flambee en Belgique with Hemp Oil

I had some left over dough from our pizza last night.

Instead of having pizza again I remember that I have eaten "Tart Flambee" along time ago. I guess when I was a teenager. And that is awhile ago.... :)

On top of my rolled out dough I add sour cream, hemp oil, mushroom, onions, salt & pepper, bacon...

Voila....DONE!

This was reallllllllllllllllllly delicious!

Gluten-Free Ravioli Pillows with spicy tomato sauce

Who does not love those cute little pillows filled with minced ground beef surrounded with tons of tomato sauce. My husband is just crazy about Ravioli.....Of course, just buy a can and warm it up that should be the easiest way to do it.

But....

How about make a gluten-free pasta dough? Easy and tasteful, although, it is time consuming. You will be rewarded with the end product.

USE: 2 cups of rice flour and 1 cup of coconut flour, 1 tsp. salt, 2 eggs (one at a time), pepper and chili flakes mix everything to a ball. On your kitchen surface, sprinkle it with flour, knead your dough until it is elastic and let it rest for about 30 mins.

Then you can start to form your raviolis in little pillows This is fun to do with your kids or partner....

You can fill your pillows with none- meat or meat whatever you like....

Enjoy it.....Delicious to the TASTE!

Summer Salad with HANNAH

Hannah visit her boyfriend (my son) in Chilliwack. I invited her for Lunch and made from scratch a great, delicious SUMMER SALAD .....

This is what you need: a pinch of summer sunshine, great mood and....

any type of green lettuce, red or green pepper, red onion, one baguette (make crouton out of it and drizzle them with olive oil, salt and pepper or home-made pesto) and off it goes into the oven for about 12 to 15 mins. 355 F (180 C) check every 6 to 7 mins.

I bought our chicken breast local and placed them butterfly position on our barbecue . The chicken were sprinkled with salt and pepper and after they were done I brushed them with my favor barbecue sauce...

Place all of your ingredients on a colorful plate and add your favored sauce and then add your chicken pieces on top and on the side include your crouton..

It was delicious to the TASTE
